In my opinion, both may be good for b.tech. But regarding all other as suggested above, I am not agree. I have crossed over one and highly impressed as I find it as trying to follow & compete with JAYPEE university & Galgotias univesity in following aspects:
(a) Implementation of modern educational concepts & associated internationally renowned faculty from IITs & abroad.(b) global exposure by signing MOUs with many renowned technical universities/institutions of USA, UK, RUSSIA & Thailand etc.(c) Flexibilities for choosing additional courses over RTU, Kota, Faculty Members, Class, Class timing & peers groups of learning.
In addition to

Hello Mindal,
IIIT Hyderabad is of the top engineering colleges in India, so you really need to score very well for that, so any score more than 230 in JEE Mains is considered safe for admission there.

Regarding their official counselling process, IIIT-Hyderabad wrote-
Based on the recently announced JoSAA-2017 schedule and requests from the applicants, the online application portal is being reopened for accepting new applications between 11th (Sunday) and 13th June, 2017 (Tuesday). The portal will be opened at 8:00 AM on June 11th and closed at 5:00 PM on June 13th.
