PU CET Cut Off for BBA gives an basis idea of possibility of selection in current year IPU Admission. Candidates who score above the GGSIPU CET Cut Off in the exam will stand a good chance of being shortlisted for the IPU CET Counselling. No, both the colleges become the first choice of students while taking admission in IP University. There are no chances of getting admission. You can probably try for Trinity of Madhubala Institute (evening shift).
