You MAY get an affiliated college in spot counselling round. But the chances are really less. You can get admission through management quota or you can try the next year. You may also apply to provate colleges to save time.

Quite less, I would say. In round 3, the rank ends at 1500 approximately. Try your luck in spot round where there is still a chance.
