Eligibility for Admission (Indian Students)Passed XII or equivalent course in any discipline from any recognised Board / Council / University with minimum 50% marks for general (open) category and 45% marks for students of SC and ST category. Qualifying the Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET), Personal Interview & Writing Ability Test of our centre. Indian students will be admitted on the basis of the merit list drawn out of the results of the selection process through SET and PIWAT (SET score 50% and PIWAT 50%)

Hello Pooja, I can understand your angst and the anxiety. But do not worry. There are many unexplained glitches that occur like the one that you have mentioned. Hi, no. It's perfectly feasible to get much more than 50% marks in IGNOU exams. One needs to study seriously from the start to be prepared to write exam whenever it's announced. Best wishes to you.

Yes, the Information Technology course is available at Sri Vidyanikethan College. 2019 last rank for IT branch for BCA boys is 44965 and for BCA girls is 51740. 2020 ranks are not available. But they are expected to be below 40000.
