Yes, you can get admission in BE (lateral entry) from Jabalpur Engineering College.
The minimum eligibility criteria to apply is that candidate must have passed Diploma in engineering from a recognized board.

In my, opinion it is a good college with a great infrastructure, friendly environment and helpful faculty. The best thing is that you also get a good placement through this college.

Yes, NIT-Hamirpur is very good college from this college, because it placement is too good many companies visited it and it established on 1960, so it is very good.

There are very low chances of your admission in these colleges because your rank is not good. You will get a NIT or good college if you belong to a SC, st category. Please try JoSAA app on play store, and use it's college cutoff and college predictions.
