Faculty are experts in their domains and are from top notch universities across the globe. The weather is awesome, you will fall in love with the nature here. College life will be a memory for you here.Placements are very good and infrastructure is also good. Overall, this is a very good option I can say.

Hence, I feel it is perfectly possible to do what you are thinking. Firstly, you will have to clear entrance exam for admission. Then search and get accepted by guide. Then select research topic with guidance from your guide. Register yourself with university for this subject and guide. Then, you are on your own.
