Though the rankings keep on varying. So decide accordingly.

Hello Sayan, You have taken very tough combination of subjects. But yes, you will have very good opportunities after graduation. With Indian economy as well as population is rising, requirement of economists is going to rise. At the same time, if you want to pursue a career in philosophy, there is great opportunity. Even Geography has enough openings in times to come all across the world. All in all you have good combination of subjects.

1. The candidate must have WBJEEM-2016 General Merit Rank (GMR) up to GMR 14000 for General candidates and All GMR for Reserved Candidates.

No, you will not get CSE with this rank. You will not get any top branches like mech, ECE, civil, chemcial, etc. You will only get construction and power engineering. For more details, click on this link :-

Their eligibility criteria is should pass 12th from any recognized board in Science (PCM) with 70% marks.
If you are in the category OBC-A/OBC-B, you need only 65% marks.
If you are in SC/ST/PD/sports category, you need only 52.5% marks.
