No, there is no entrance test for admission. Admission is based on the marks obtained in 10+2.

Congratulations you get very good rank
As there is total around 1300 seats in jadhavpur university so you will easily get admission in that.
You get very good ranks so you should prioritise your branch first . For you getting in any government college is small deal.You can get other college such as kalyani govt engineering colleges.

Yes, you can get admission there with JEE Mains paper 2.
70 out of 200. According to last year cut off, you have very fair chances.
2013: 1784-5489
2014: 861-4767
These are the cut-off rank:
This year, the cut-off rank will go down drastically for sure (reason, Besu getting centralized and it won't be admitting students on WBJEE Merit).
70 marks would get you rank around 5 k -6 k. So, it is pretty much difficult making it into architecture , but then miracles do happen.
