The MPBSE 12th exams are conducted by the Government of Madhya Pradesh, specifically under the School Education Department. It is conducted for admission to UG courses at all colleges in Maharashtra, not only for Jai Narain College of Technology (JNCT). The results of the exam for admission in 2025 have already been declared on May 6, 2025.

While submitting application for B.E / B.Tech at Jai Narain College of Technology (JNCT) make sure that you have the following documents :
- Marksheets of class 10th & 12th.
- Transfer certificate.
- Character certificate.
- Passport-size & stamp size photographs.

- Migration certificate (If applicable)

To be eligible for admission to the BE/BTech course at Jai Narain College of Technology (JNCT), the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 in a relevant stream from any recognised board, including the CBE, ISC, or MPBSS. Eligible students will have to appear for either the JEE Mains or the MPPET exam and score valid marks to be eligible for the course.

Jai Narain College of Technology (JNCT) offers only MBA, BTech, MTech, and GNM courses. Admissions to BTech, MTEch, and MBA courses in the college are done based on the scores obtained in the JEE Main, GATE, and CAT exams, respectively. The JEE Main rank ranged from 554216 to 1101244. It depends on the course in which the student is interested. Jai Narain College of Technology (JNCT) offers MBA, GNM, MTech, and BTech courses. The basic eligibility criteria for each course require the student to have a minimum of 45% in the previous qualification. Along with this, the student needs to have a minimum valid score in GATE, JEE Main, or CMAT for admission to MTech, BTech, and MBA, respectively. Candidates meeting all the admission requirements can apply by appearing for the respective counseling or directly filling out the admission form for admission under the management quota.
