Obviously it's government colleges. First try for govt college if you fails then look for private colleges in Rajasthan.

In my opinion JECRC is best but you can compare both Institute on the basis of few points like Faculty, Infrastructure, International and Industrial collaborations, Placements etc. This will help you to choose best one for you.
