BTech is a four-year course divided into eight semesters.Class 12, candidates can apply for the BTech course. Admission to BTech is based on MGMU-CET, JEE Main, MHT CET and PERA CET. Apart from this, aspirants who have passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology with at least 45% aggregate 40% aggregate, in case of Backward Class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) can also apply for the BTech course.

JNEC Aurangabad offers 18 courses at UG and PG levels in multiple streams like Engineering, Architecture and Computer Applications in affiliation with MGM University.
