A 75 percentile in JEE Main can be enough to get you into JNGEC (Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College), particularly if you fall into one of the reserved categories or if your category's cutoff is lower. Cutoff percentiles, however, are subject to change in response to both the quantity of applications and seat availability. It's a good idea to verify your chances with a 75 percentile by looking at the most recent JNGEC admission data and trends.

Candidates must pass the 10+2 exam with at least 45% of the possible points in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, and Technical Vocational subjects in order to be eligible for admission to JNGEC. They should then show up for the HPCET. 50% of the seats are distributed according to merit in both the HPCET and JEE Main exams. After being accepted, successful applicants must submit supporting documentation and pay fees.
