  No, this is for Diploma students having a  3 years of course after 10th .They directly get admitted in the second year without studying the first year in engineering ie BTech.The JCECEB (Jharkhand combined competitive examination Board) conducts  the JCECE (Jharkhand combined competitive Exam) for the lateral entry in 2nd Year of B tech courses in state college of jharkhand for the Diploma students in various  discipline (civil.computer science, mechanical, electrical, electronics).you may explore other exams for the same.

There are various platforms where you can study for JCECE, these include Physics Wallah, Khan Academy and Self Study. You can try each platform for some time and where you understand the best you can continue there. All these platforms are best to prepare for JCECE Board exams.

The registration process for the JCECE NEET PG Special Stray Vacancy Round began on March 6, 2025. The last date to apply for tentatively the last round of Jharkhand NEET PG counselling was March 8, 2025.

As of now, JCECEB has not yet released any notification of another round being conducted post the special stray vacancy round for counselling. Candidates are advised to keep visiting this page for further updates.

BAU Ranchi admissions are entrance-based for BSc. 15% of the total seats are filled by a Combined Competitive Entrance Examination conducted by I.C.A.R. V.C.I. at All India level and 85% of the total seats are filled by Jharkhand Combined Competitive Entrance Examination Board, Ranchi.

Here are some key dates for the 2024 JCECE BSc Nursing exam:

Application Form Availability- August 24, 2024
Submission Deadline- September 14, 2024
Edit Window Opens- September 15, 2024
Release of Admit Cards- September 24, 2024
Announcement of Results and Merit List- To be announced later

The application fee for the JCECE BSc Nursing exam was INR 900 for candidates in the General/OBC category and INR 450 for students in the SC/ST category.

The JCECE BSc Nursing result will be declared on the official website in the first week of August 2026. Candidates will have to visit the login window to access the result. Applicants who appear for the exam will be able to check the JCECE results by entering their login credentials and captcha code.

The Jharkhand BSc Nursing counselling registration will start after the result announcement. The counselling will begin in September 2026. After the counselling registration concludes, the JCECE BSc Nursing seat allotment result will be released. Thereafter, the entire counselling events such as seat allotment & reporting to institutes, will continue for the next two consecutive months.

In the JCECE nursing exam, there are generally 150 questions of 1 mark each. The question paper is of 150 marks and it is conducted in an OMR-based format, which is an offline mode. Candidates must appear for the exam to get admission in the top nursing colleges of Jharkhand.

Applicants who want to fill out the application form for JCECE BSc Nursing are advised to check the eligibility criteria first. According to the age-wise qualification, applicants must be 17 years old on December 31, 2026. While students need to pass class 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Biology (PCB) & English as a core subject with an aggregate of 45% marks.
