JCECE BSc Nursing 2024: Admit Card (Released), Exam Date (Sept 28), Registration (Over), Pattern, Syllabus

JCECE BSc Nursing 2024 exam is also known as Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (JCECE) BSc Nursing Entrance Competitive Examination. JCECE is also popularly known as NECE, which stands for Nursing Entrance Competitive Examination. JCECE BSc Nursing or NECE is a state-level examination conducted by the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB), Government of Jharkhand. The JCECE BSc Nursing 2024 exam is conducted to facilitate admission into BSc Nursing and BSc Post-Basic Nursing courses in colleges across Jharkhand State.

JCECE BSc nursing 2024 or JCECE NECE 2024 exam is the gateway for admission to BSc Nursing and BSc Post Nursing programmes and both courses have different eligibility criteria.

BSc Nursing Course 

• The applicant should have passed class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects along with English Core/English Elective securing 45 per cent in aggregate from a recognized board such as AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE or other equivalent Board.
• Applicants appearing for class 12 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects conducted by the National Institute of Open School with 45 percent in aggregate are also eligible.
• The applicant shall be medically fit
• The minimum age of the applicant shall be 17 years as on December 31 of the year in which admission is sought

BSc Post-Basic Nursing Course 

• Applicant should have passed class 12 Senior Secondary or Intermediate or an equivalent examination a recognized board. Applicants who have passed class 11 in or before 1986, will be eligible for admission.
• Applicant should possess a certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery and should be a Registered Nurse Registered Midwife (RNRM) with the State Nursing Council.
• Applicants should have a domicile certificate of Jharkhand State
• The maximum age of the aspirants should be 35 years (45 years in the case of a regular employee of State Government) as on 31st December of the examination year

Applicants have to first register themselves and then only they can proceed to fill the JECCE BSc Nursing 2024 application form. To apply successfully, the candidates have to furnish all the details such as Personal, Academic, Correspondence, and Contact details, etc. in the form. No application will be considered complete without the application fee payment. Candidates must ensure to pay the application fee to conclude the application form filling process successfully.

Applicants should ensure that the information they have filled in the JCECE BSc Nursing 2024 application form is true and correct. The JCECEB will provide a correction window to edit any detail in the JCECE BSc Nursing 2024 application form once submitted. The JCECE BSc Nursing application correction could be done on September 10, 2024.  

Before the final submission of the application form candidates should take at least two printouts of the application form for future reference. To avoid rejection, candidates should apply on or before the last date of submission of the JCECE BSc Nursing application form.

Students who want to participate in the exam are advised to check the JCECE BSc Nursing 2024 syllabus. It will help them to prepare their strategy to qualify for the exam. The questions that will be asked in the entrance exam are in Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) format and candidates will have to choose one answer out of the four given options.

JCECE BSc Nursing admit card will be issued by the conducting body JCECEB after the successful submission of the application form. The JCECEC BSc Nursing 2024 admit card will only be issued to the applicants whose application forms will be accepted by the JCECEB. It was issued 4 days before the exam on September 25, 2024.

To access the JCECE BSc Nursing admit card applicants will have to visit the official website of JCECEB and log in using their application number and password. No Candidate will be allowed to enter the exam centre without having a valid ID card. JCECEB will not send the admit card to any applicant via the post. Applicants will be able to download the admit card in a PDF file and can take a printout of the same. After taking the print out candidates have to paste their valid photograph on the admit card in the box provided and have to self-attest it as well.

Applicants have to carry a hard copy of the JCECE BSc Nursing 2024 admit card on the day of the examination and no applicant will be allowed to enter the exam hall without the admit card. Applicants should try to reach the exam centre at least an hour before the commencement of the examination to avoid any hassle. The JCECE BSc Nursing admit card will have all the information regarding the exam centre venue printed on it. Important Instructions to be followed on the exam day will also be mentioned on the admit card. 

JCECE BSc Nursing 2024 results will be available on the official website of the JCECEB, Government of Jharkhand. The result will be announced after the conclusion of the JCECE BSc Nursing entrance exam. The JCECE BSc Nursing result will be calculated based on the performance of the candidates in the state-level entrance examination. The JCECEB will release a separate merit list after announcing the result. Candidates will be able to access their results by providing their roll number by visiting the official JCECEB website.

Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) conducts JCECE Nursing 2024 Counselling in online mode on the official website. The Jharkhand BSc Nursing 2024 counselling process date has not been released so far and it will be updated on the page once it is out. 

The JCECEB generally conducts two counselling rounds to fill the seats of nursing colleges in Jharkhand. JCECEB will also release the guidelines of the counselling process in the official notification along with dates.
