JCECE BSc Nursing 2025: Counselling (Over), Dates, Syllabus & Pattern, Registration, Result

JCECE BSc Nursing exam is known as Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination BSc Nursing Entrance Competitive Examination. JCECE BSc Nursing is a state-level exam conducted by the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board, Government of Jharkhand. The exam is conducted to facilitate admission into BSc Nursing and BSc Post-Basic Nursing courses in colleges across Jharkhand State.

JCECE BSc Nursing 2025 exam is the gateway for admission to BSc Nursing and BSc Post Nursing programmes and both courses have different eligibility criteria.

BSc Nursing Course 

• The applicant should have passed class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects along with English Core/English Elective, securing 45 per cent in aggregate from a recognized board such as AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE or other equivalent Board.
• Applicants appearing for the class 12 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects conducted by the National Institute of Open School with 45 percent in aggregate are also eligible.
• The applicant shall be medically fit
• The minimum age of the applicant shall be 17 years as on December 31 of the year in which admission is sought

BSc Post-Basic Nursing Course 

• Applicant should have passed class 12 Senior Secondary or Intermediate or an equivalent examination on a recognized board. Applicants who have passed class 11 in or before 1986, will be eligible for admission.
• Applicant should possess a certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery and should be a Registered Nurse Registered Midwife (RNRM) with the State Nursing Council.
• Applicants should have a domicile certificate of Jharkhand State
• The maximum age of the aspirants should be 35 years (45 years in the case of a regular employee of State Government) as on 31st December of the examination year

Applicants have to first register themselves and then only they can proceed to fill the JECCE BSc Nursing 2025 application form. To apply successfully, the candidates have to furnish all the details such as Personal, Academic, Correspondence, and Contact details, etc. in the form. No JCECE BSc Nursing application will be considered complete without the application fee payment. Candidates must ensure to pay the application fee to complete the form-filling process successfully.

Applicants should ensure that the information they have filled in the JCECE BSc Nursing 2025 application form is true and correct. The JCECEB will provide a correction window to edit any details in the JCECE BSc Nursing 2025 application form after the registration process concludes. 

Before the final submission of the JCECE BSc Nursing application form, candidates should take at least two printouts of it for future reference. To avoid rejection, candidates should apply on or before the last date of submission of the JCECE BSc Nursing application form.

JCECE BSc Nursing admit card was issued by the conducting body JCECEB on July 23, 2025. The JCECEC BSc Nursing 2025 admit card is issued to those applicants whose application forms were accepted by the JCECEB. 

To download it, applicants should visit the official website of JCECEB and log in using their application number and password. No Candidate was allowed to enter the exam centre on the day of the examination, July 26, 2025, without having a valid ID card. JCECEB did not send the admit card to any applicant via the post. Applicants can download the admit card in a PDF file and can take a printout of the same. After taking the printout out candidates have to paste their valid photograph on the admit card in the box provided and have to self-attest it as well.

Applicants were required to carry a hard copy of the JCECE BSc Nursing admit card 2025. Entry to the examination hall was allowed only with the JCECE nursing admit card. It was mandatory to reach the exam centre at least an hour before the commencement of the examination to avoid any hassle. The JCECE BSc Nursing admit card carries important information regarding the exam centre venue printed on it. Important Instructions to be followed on the exam day were mentioned on the admit card.
