No, this year, JEE Mains result will not be valid next year. You have to pass the JEE Mains exam for admission or for qualification for next exam that is JEE advance exam. You can give JEE advance exam in class 12th and next year only after class 12th. Now, you can give only once JEE advance exam, your one attempt is lost as you didn't given the exam.

Hello,JEE Advanced eligibility criteria is based on three factors. You have to satisfy all these three factors to take the exam. Below are all the essential criteria & conditions for JEE Advanced Exam:
1. Qualifying Marks for JEE Advanced 2019
2. No. Of Attempts for IIT JEE Advanced
3. Required Qualification for JEE Advanced 2019
You need to satisfy all the eligibility factors as this will ensure your seat for the exam. Best of Luck.
