Hello, There are only two attempts for JEE ADVANCE, one s during 12th and one is after 12th. So if you don't appear in the first one then you have only one (after 12th). Thanks.

You can do this. Please solve at least last 5 years of JEE Main papers with proper time management. Spent at least 6-8 hours daily in preparation of JEE Main and specifically focus on NCERT text books. Each and every chapter of NCERT books should be learn at least thrice. Take helps from mobile internet for mock test and new problem solving methodologies. There are various JEE preparation books are available amazon and flipkart etc. At nominal cost. Please buy them for more refinement. More important focus on the subject of interest you have, instead of wasting the time on difficult questions. Please use this time in attempting the que

If you have prepared well for JEE Advance then wait for it, if not then you will get good government colleges, in special case NIT as well as far as branch doesn't matter to you. My suggestion would be look for the branch you want to pursue, it's very important and then look for the best government.

Yes, you are eligible to write JEE Advanced as you scored way above your cut off score of 32. You can get NITs, But write JEE Advanced as the cut off is very less for SC in JEE Advanced.
