Hello Barkath,
Frankly speaking, I see no chances for you in the normal course of admissions. I suggest you discuss with your parents/teachers. Maybe take a break of 1-year, study hard and see what happens. Else, take admission through management quota of a private engineering college or go for some other profession.

Jamia Millia Islamia University, the admission conducting authority, has decided the cut-off of JMI 2016 Admissions. Cutoff are the minimum marks which a candidate has to score in the entrance exam for participating in counselling, admission and seat allotment procedure. I am not sure about IITs but you might have chance in NITs in 2nd or 3rd counselling through OBC quota.
