In terms of Infrastructure, the Institute has Library, Wi-Fi Campus, Hostel, Boys Hostel, Girls Hostel, Cafeteria, Shuttle Service, Hospital / Medical Facilities, Sports Complex, Gym and Labs. Indira College of Engineering and Management has a central and department specific library stocked with 29206 books, 80 Journals. The library has a separate place exclusively devoted to a digital library housed with 12 machines with all the A/V facilities. The library provides facilities such as Reading Hall, Book bank, Reprographic section, etc Every room has 3 beds along with separate attached toilet and bathroom. Facilities like cleaning, washing machine, dryers, common canteen, and mess are available. Vegetarian and nonvegetarian Indian food is provided to the hostellers and its compulsory for them to take their meals in the Mess. For students residing in the hostel medical insurance is mandatory. It is an integral part of the hostel, which provides whole some and nourishing homely food. Students staying at ICEM hostels are provided with Indian food vegetarian and Non vegetarian. It is compulsory for hostelers to take their meals in the Mess. One menu for each meal is served in buffet. Students canteen committee decides the menu and monitors the quality of food served by the canteen service provider. Transport facility is available on payment basis, to students and employees from all major destinations in Pune city and adjoining areas. The service is outsourced to a professional service provider and is controlled by Administration department of the college. College has well-furnished gymnasium with the latest machines and exercise equipment. Trained instructor are available for assistance, guidance and training. Students are encouraged to use the facility when on the campus during their spare time.
