Hey Rahul,
There aren't any assured chances that you get NIT based on your score in JEE mains. You should not rely only on a single option. You should also apply for some other best institutes either government or private. You can also expect scholarships from some private universities. If you are interested check out following colleges -

With this score you can't get any govt institute but in private ones you can get good colleges like Jaypee Institute of Engineering and Technology, Galgotia, UPES Dehradun, UTM Shillong & MNIT Bhopal.

Your mains scores are very low and it is not possible to get a seat even with you reservations. You would require a score of 100 or 120 and above for OBC
