Hi Prashant, there is a very high chance that you will get ECE in DTU. For this you will have to register yourself on the site of jacdelhi.nic.in and then you will be called for counseling with all the documents. All the detailed instructions are available on the site itself. Dont worry if you hav'nt given except JEE mains,there are some premier institutes who conducts their own entrance examination and give scholarship based on the score in that examination.here are some of the premier institutes where you can apply for the admissions:

You cannot get CSE in NSIT though you may get some other branch here. Good NITs like Surathkal, Trichy and Warangal have an even higher cutoff. Getting CSE in NIT Delhi also seems tough. If you have given the IP entrance exams, you can get CSE in one of their colleges depending upon your rank. Sorry to say but with these scores, getting CSE in a good NIT seems a bit out of reach.
