CSE cutoffs are wild—usually closing way earlier, often around 30k CRL or less. OBC does help, but competition is real. You might get something in lower-demand branches, though. Keep an eye on spot rounds or consider CSE in private/state colleges with good placements.

CSE's super competitive, but if your JEE rank's between 30–40k, you still have solid colleges that give good bang for your buck. Look at IIIT Nagpur, IIIT Pune, or NIT Jalandhar for related branches.
