Students who secure above the 75 percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 2 will have fair chances to secure a seat at the institute. Further, they need to start preparing for the counselling session.

JEE Main 2025 Session 2 dates can be checked on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in and nta.ac.in. NTA releases all the dates related to JEE Mains exam only in the official website. JEE Main Session 2 exam date has been announced. As per the schedule, the JEE Mains 2025 exam date session 2 is April 2, 3, 4, 7, and 8 for Paper 1 (BE/BTech) and April 9 for Paper 2 (BArch/BPlan). JEE Main 2025 session 1 was held from January 22 to 30.

Your chances of getting into an NIT depend on the previous year cutoff trends when you hold an OBC-NCL rank of 7059 in B.Plan for JEE Main. The cutoff ranks for B.Plan admissions in NIT Patna, NIT Raipur and NIT Bhopal under the OBC-NCL category during previous years have reached above 7000 during later rounds of counseling according to historical data. No, NIT Uttarakhand BTech admissions are purely entry-based. The institute accepts JEE Main scores. Thus, students seeking admission to this programme must apply for the JEE Main exam. Based on JEE Main scores, students are ranked and allocated a seat. Moreover, the students must also fulfill the eligibility requirements prescribed by the institute.

For admission to NIT Uttarakhand BTech course, students must apply for JEE Main. The category-wise application fee for JEE Main is mentioned in the following table:

The NIT Uttarakhand BTech admission process begins with the application process for JEE Main. The steps to apply for JEE Main are as follows:

  • Visit the JEE Main official website of NTA.
  • Click on "New Candidate Registration" link
  • Fill in the required details and create a password of your choice to register for the exam.
  • Login to the newly made account and fill out the application form.
  • Upload the documents.
  • Pay the application fee and book the slot for the exam.

Yes, COMEDK syllabus is similar to JEE Main exam. The difficulty level of JEE Main exam is on the difficult side. However, the COMEDK exam difficulty level is lower in comparison to JEE Main.  Candidates are advised to practice the COMEDK mock test to get familiar with the exam pattern and syllabus.
