Hello friend,
The cut-off for JEE Mains is different for different categories. For General It is 74 Marks, for OBC-NCL Student it is 45, For SC student it is 29, For ST, it is 24 and For PWD, it is -35. I hope this will help you.

You may get a good college. So, you should try for a good college as your rank is not that good but you can get an autonomous college.

It belong to which categories you belong to. And if you don't belong to CRL or OC categorize, you can get the seat easily there.

I think, its better to prefer EMCET rank and join in a good college and don't take any long-term coaching as its waste of time.

Even though you scored 119 marks in paper 1 in JEE Mains, you have to get a good rank in the paper 2 in JEE Mains in order to get seat. But, I think you can get a seat in VNIT.
