No, you can't change your category once you have filled the form. You have to go with your initial category as filled.

You need to score atleast above JEE Mains cut-off to get admission in a good college. With a below than that cut-off, you can't even expect anything.

50 mark is not enough in your category. You cannot get NIT or government colleges with this score. You can get private colleges.
