Mismatched - College version.
Placements: Students are placed, but not with a very good package, below average. The highest package is 10 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA, with an average placement of 3 LPA in ECE. Top recruiting companies are Maruti, ABC Wire Company, and Oracle (maybe 1 student). Internships are not something we get from the college; it's upon us how we get an internship on our own.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi on the college campus. The labs of ECE are okay, not that good; instruments do not work many times, mostly in our labs. Classrooms are not in a good position; desks are worn out, and the projector doesn't work in most of the classes. There is no hostel in our college. There is only one canteen, and the food is not very hygienic, and the pricing is too overpriced. There are no medical facilities. For sports and games, there is no coach; our seniors help us. There is a badminton court and a basketball court.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful in our department and teach well. They are qualified from UPSC and provide us with notes and everything, but checking is very strict, especially in the ECE department. Yes, this curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are moderate to hard level, with 30-70 weightage between mid-sem and end-sem.
Other: ECE is ongoing in demand, that's why I chose this field. The course is interesting, and the semiconductor industry is growing. I want my campus life like there is no campus life at DSEU. There are no fests or events, only some organized by societies, but very few. I want these things for my personal growth. For sports, we buy our own ball and everything.

I am fully satisfied with the faculty members and their way of teaching.
Placements: Almost 90% of students get placement in my college. The average package is 3 lacs and the highest package is 5 lacs. Recruiting companies like Maruti Suzuki , Bajaj, etc., hire students . On average, 70% of students get internships in my course. The top roles offered in my course are junior engineer.
Infrastructure: Every important facility for a student is available in my college, such as the library , Wi-Fi , proper classrooms, a canteen , etc. The infrastructure of my college is overall good. Food quality is quite acceptable, and a variety of items are available in the mess. Also, various sports and medical facilities are available.
Faculty: All teachers and faculty members are awesome, and their teaching skills are excellent. The course curriculum is enough to make students ready for the industry. Semester exams are not so tough; they are averagely hard, and the passing percentage is 28%. All teachers explain everything too easily.
Other: I chose this course because I had an interest in electrical since my childhood. The best thing about this course is that it helps in the international development of any country. Timely events are organised, and scholarships are provided to students, and they are prepared to participate in extracurricular activities.

POTENTIAL FOR GROWTH, BUT LACKS INFRASTRUCTURE AND CAMPUS LIFE.
Placements: Around 60% of students were placed, mainly from the B.Tech program, with varying placement rates across branches like Mechanical, ECE, and CSE. The highest package was 7-8 LPA (mechanical), before GB PANT was under IPU. It hasn't done its first placement since it's been under JAC and now is under the university DSEU. The average package offered was 3 lakhs mainly. Some top recruiters are Maruti, Wipro, Infosys, Bajaj Motors, and Deloitte.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi connection has not been installed yet, but the administration says it'll be installed soon. Labs are in good condition so far. My branch specialization is ECE, and the labs are cool. The classrooms are not that well-mannered, but we can sit there anyways. The fans are not being placed very well. The library is good somehow, but again the occupancy is not up to level. NO HOSTEL YET. One canteen is not that good, but we can have snacks there anyways, no other alternative. No medical room. A room is named as a medical room, but it is barely open. In the field of sports, we've a basketball court and a badminton court, which are good. Other than that, we don't have anything else. And the college doesn't provide any sports stuff.
Faculty: The faculties are top-notch, that's what is worth paying such high fees. Teaching skills are so good, I can bet my course has the best teachers, all of whom have done good kinds of stuff from reputed colleges. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant; they follow NEP, which makes the students industry-ready to gain knowledge. I haven't taken any semester exams yet, so I don't know about it right now.
Other: The location in Delhi is ideal for exposure to industries and future job opportunities. My course is ECE, the best thing about it is the faculties are very well furnished and the labs are quite good. The campus infrastructure is not up to mark, there is a lack of modern amenities like an auditorium, air-conditioned classrooms, and Wifi is a must. Students miss out on engaging campus life due to absence of regular guest lectures, tech fests, and sports facilities.

The worst decision of my life.
Placements: The number of placed students is around 80% but there is a problem: only a few get CTCs above 4 lacs, and the rest get less than 3 lacs. The company only comes for mass recruitment, which only gives 2-3 lacs, which is very low as compared to the fee because the fee is around 8 lacs.
Infrastructure: There is no infrastructure and no facility; instead, we are paying a lot of money. There are a few labs but not a single device is working where we can do practicals. We have protested against the college authority for providing basic facilities but nothing has happened till now.
Faculty: If you leave 1 or 2 faculty, no one is interested in providing the knowledge. Always open the PowerPoint and lecture; not a single student is interested in attending the class. But this problem is all around Tier 3 colleges, which we can't deny. The exam is held on a regular basis, but the results are delivered very late. For example, I am in the sixth semester but have yet to receive the fourth semester results.
Other: I don't think I chose this course but this course chose me because my branch changed after the first year. There should be better labs where students can gain practical knowledge. The college doesn't have any fests, events, campus crowds, connectivity, or campus surroundings.

It is a great college with facilities.
Placements: Around 85% of students get placed in our college. The highest salary package offered was 16 LPA, the lowest salary package was 3.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 8 LPA last year. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Amazon, Wipro, Infosys, Flipkart, etc. Around 60% of students get internships in our course at DRDO, Airport authority, etc. Top roles offered are software engineer, executive engineer, software analyst, electronic designer, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities provided in our college are good. All the labs have Wi-Fi, comfortable chairs, and instruments. Library is good with air-conditioners and Wi-Fi. Hostel facilities are not provided in our college but there are PGs that serve tasty food in its mess. Our college has all the facilities like canteen, medical facility, sports, and outdoor games. Our college games teams participate in fests and events organised by other colleges.
Faculty: All the teachers in our college are very helpful, highly qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is good. They teach using practical examples so that students can understand easily. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students ready for industries. Difficulty level of exams in our college is average. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in electronic items and I want to qualify for PSU exams. The best thing about our course is students can work in tech or core sectors and it contains VLSI designing, robotics, instrumentation, etc. Placements should be improved in our course. Our college organises events, fests, and extracurricular activities on time. Scholarships are provided in our college.

I am not much satisfied with the college.
Placements: Placements are unknown about this course but according to IPU, the average package offered is 4-5 LPA. TCS and Infosys are the mass recruiters from this college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is too bad. No sports facilities and no good conditioned books in the library are provided. No hostels are provided to students. Student have to take PGs near the college but they find it very difficult to live there. The canteen is in a very bad condition.
Faculty: Faculty is very good in terms of understanding expect for some of them. Semester exams are also easy if you study regularly. Focus on your studies as we all know that hard work is the key to success. I would prefer not to take this college.
Other: I chose this branch because it’s an evergreen branch. Definitely, the scope is very high.

Dissatisfied because of few faculty.
Placements: Most of the students got off campus placement and only few students got campus placement. Few students were placed in Amazon and Byju’s. My batch was COVID affected so only a few students got internship opportunities. My batch was impacted by COVID so only few students got internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: here was no hostel available in our college but they were planning to open them. But it has not been arranged till now. Labs are good and have all required instruments. Now Wi-Fi facility is available which was missing before.
Faculty: Few teachers were helpful and qualified but few teachers were full of ego. Curriculum was relevant to make the students industry ready. One can clear semester exams by practicing last year's paper as you get similar questions.
