It is not a good college. I suggest students do not take admission here. It is not AICTE approved.
Placements: There are only 23 students in my batch of mechanical engineering. Overall, it is not a good college. Placements are not so good. It is not AICTE approved. It is the worst college.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi. The library was closed from January 2025. A proper canteen is not available. It has a poor infrastructure. Not even proper classrooms and labs are available. Not a good option as our college has no social life, and only problems are there. There are no sports facilities. There is no ground and no infrastructure for sports. There are no proper facilities. Lab conditions are not good.
Faculty: Faculty members are average. But the academic calendar is not provided. Semester exams are also difficult. Results are not on time. We will get results for the 1st semester in the 4th semester, and there is no proper communication. It should not be in students' options. There are no proper semester exams. They conduct sudden exams and use virtual labs sometimes.
Other: There are no fests. The campus is as small as other colleges, a one-block building.

Pseudo engineering college.
Placements: Placement is average, like INR 6 to 7 LPAs, and only service-based companies recruit every year. There is more placement for the mechanical branch as compared to other branches, and many reputed companies come for placement, like Maruti Suzuki, Trident, TCS, Wipro, and many more.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel facility available in the college; there is no changing spot for students; the campus is very small, like a school; and classes are also very poor in infrastructure. Very old school items and facilities are available, where students get very excited about studying at this college and feel that the facilities and placement are very high, and there is no fest or event organized for students.
Faculty: Faculty are very tier 3 and there are no facilities available, like labs, that are in working condition, even though they charge very much. This is not worth it at all for taking admission, in spite of the government tag and the exam pattern is very good; there are 55 percent internal and 45 percent external.
Other: The campus is very small; there is no good crowd and no international students studying.

Review of G.B. Pant Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University - Okhla: I Campus.
Placements: DSEU has many B. Tech programs and one of them is mechanical engineering. It is a combination of electronics, computer science, and mechanical engineering. Our batch is the first, with approximately 75 students. The highest salary package is offered at 25 LPA, which is off-campus, and the lowest salary package offered is 10 LPA. Maruti Suzuki and Kotak Mahindra are the organisations providing placements for students in the 7th semester this year.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel on this campus. In all the labs and the library, we have Wi-Fi access. Labs are well-equipped, and the library contains all the books recommended in the course outline. The workshop area is well-equipped with medical facilities. Classrooms have capacity of more than 60 seats. The canteen has good quality food and is pocket-friendly.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified. They are qualified, having received their doctorate degrees from top universities. The teaching quality is good. The course outline is excellent. It helps students learn about their industry step by step. Semester exams are conducted on campus. There is a 50% weight on assignments, attendance, files, lab work, and vivas, and 25% mid-term and 25% end-term.
Other: This course is a combination of electronics, mechanical, and computer science engineering. In this course, you learn the making of new machines using these three techniques. Mechatronics deals with robotics. The college organises a campus-level sports meet every year. There are four activity days in a semester. Our college has good transportation facilities. They offer merit-based and reserved-category scholarships.

I am satisfied with teachers and good placements.
Placements: In our college, almost 70% to 90% of the students were placed. The lowest salary package offered was INR 1.80 LPA and the average salary package offered was INR 2.10 LPA. The highest salary package offered was INR 3.40 LPA. Top recruiting companies such as Maruti, ITC, IGL, etc. , visited our campus. Almost 60% of the students got internships at Hyundai and Renault. Top roles offered were of project engineer and assistant engineer.
Infrastructure: All facilities were available at our college. We were given bus passes at half price. Wi-Fi was available for students. The canteen was available. The infrastructure was more than average. The area of the campus was quite large. There were three workshops, one of which was for mechanical work. There were some labs for the mechanical branch, like the thermal lab, the fluid mechanics lab, the SOM lab, the RAC lab, etc. The library was available. Facilities in our hostel were average. The food was adequate but not exceptional. Medical facilities were available. Outdoor games included cricket and football.
Faculty: The teaching quality was good. The course curriculum was relevant. They imparted knowledge about the basics of the industry. The semester exams were easy if you read the topics that the teachers taught. Board exams were hard compared to semester exams. The pass percentage was 70% to 80%.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in this field. The topic covered almost all branches. Our teachers gave us practical knowledge. Our college organized events.

Our college and its placements are average.
Placements: Almost 90% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Microsoft, Tata, Honda, and Amazon. About 50% of students got internships in companies like Amazon, Salesforce, etc. Top roles offered are electrical engineer, etc.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available in our college. Laboratories are good. Students can take hostels from outside. There are many hostels available outside of our college. There are many mess facilities in our college. Canteen is good. The ground facilities are not good.
Faculty: Faculty members are good, polite, and helpful. They always help students in all aspects. The workload is more in our college. Many subjects are not necessary for the syllabus. The difficulty level of semester exams is moderate. If students study, they can score a 9 CGPA. Marks depend on students' abilities and hard work.

Our college is good with faculty members but does not have a good infrastructure.
Placements: In our course, the placement drive has started, and now Infosys, TCS, and Polestar have recruited. Placements at Maruti are going on. So far, four students have been placed with salary packages of 6 LPA. Maruti offers a salary package of around 10 LPA. Other top companies like Godrej and BYJU's visit our campus. The highest salary package offered the previous year was 24 LPA from Amazon and the average salary package offered was 4.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is installed this year. Labs and the library have to be air-conditioned. Each classroom has a projector. Currently, there is no hostel facility in our college and the canteen size is small. It doesn't have any playgrounds as of now, but it may acquire some land for the same. Students active participation in games that happen in different colleges. It has good medical facilities.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful, knowledgeable, and qualified. Our college has modern machines but they don't work. Our course has an outdated curriculum. Exams are easy and you can easily get more than 60% with dedication.
Other: Initially, it looks interesting because it has the term automation, but the college doesn't have any facilities to justify it. The college provides scholarships to meritorious students. It conducts events like freshers' parties, treasure hunts, open mics, etc.

If you want to study in this college then it is a good option for you.
Placements: 80% of my friends were placed in this course. The highest package is 10 Lacs per annum and the lowest package is 4 Lacs per annum. Many companies came in my college such as Tata motors, Mercedes, Maruti Suzuki, etc. 80% students got internship from my course.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are not good because the buildings are so old but the college is good for studying. The labs are fantastic, because the infrastructure of labs is good in comparison to our classes. The canteen is also good. Canteen provides all the things that a hungry person could eat.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. They provide great knowledge in studies and placement also. The course is relevant for the students because of the job offers. The semester exams are easy. There are some multiple choice questions.
Other: I chose this course due to my interest because I want to be an engineer and my course is in demand and it easily provides jobs.

A good and value for money college.
Placements: 70% students were placed in my course. The highest package offered was 8 lakhs per annum and the lowest was 2 lakhs per annum. Mercedes and Maruti Suzuki came to recruit students. If you want to take admission in the college, you have to give and pass an exam.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was good. A ground was there to play cricket. I didn't live in hostel but the college provided hostel facility. Sports competitions were also conducted.
Faculty: Some teachers were helpful but some were not so much. The semester exams were easy and the questions came in multiple choice form which made it easy to pass the exams.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest. The best thing about this course was that I learnt many new things.
