Yes, you can get in to Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engineering with 60 percentile in JEE . But there are other colleges which you can go for. If you have an OBC-NCL rank of 49603 and a Common Rank List (CRL) rank of 148954 in JEE, you may be able to secure admission to DTU (Delhi Technological University) or NSUT (Netaji Subhas University of Technology) for CSE/IT.
