Hi Vardaan, Age Criteria
For appearing in the JEE Main 2023, there is no age limit for the candidates. The candidates who have passed the class 12/equivalent examination in 2021, 2022, or appearing in 2023 irrespective of their age can appear in JEE Main 2023 examination. However, the candidates may be required to fulfill the age criteria of the Institute (s) to which they are desirous of taking admission. List of Qualifying Examinations (QE)
The final examination of the 10+2 system, conducted by any recognised Central/ State Board, such as the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi; Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi; etc. Intermediate or two-year Pre-University examination conducted by a recognised Board/ University. Final examination of the two-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the National Defence Academy. Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling with a minimum of five subjects. Any Public School/ Board/ University examination in India or any foreign country is recognised as equivalent to the 10+2 system by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). Higher Secondary Certificate Vocational Examination. A Diploma recognised by AICTE or a State board of technical education of at least 3 years duration. General Certificate Education (GCE) examination (London/Cambridge/Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level. High School Certificate Examination of the Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma of the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva. Candidates who have completed the Class 12 (or equivalent) examination outside India or from a Board not specified above should produce a Certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) to the effect that the examination they have passed is equivalent to the Class 12 Examination. In case the Class 12 Examination is not a public examination, the candidate must have passed at least one public (Board or Pre-University) examination earlier. Year of Appearance in Qualifying Examination
Only those candidates who have passed the Class 12/equivalent examination in 2021, 2022, or those who are appearing in Class 12/equivalent examination in 2023, are eligible to appear in JEE Main 2023. Candidates who passed the Class 12/equivalent examination in 2020 or before as well as those who will appear in such examination in 2024 or later are not eligible to appear in JEE Main 2023.

To be eligible for JEE Advanced candidates must fulfill certain criteria such as meeting the cutoff marks for JEE Mains and satisfying the age limit and academic eligibility criteria. For JEE Advanced 2022, the cutoff for JEE Mains Paper 2 for OBC-NCL category candidates is expected to be around 65-70 marks. However, the cutoff may vary depending on various factors such as the difficulty level of the exam, the number of candidates appearing for the exam, and the overall performance of the candidates. Based on your score of 120 marks in JEE Mains Paper 2, it is highly likely that you will meet the cutoff for OBC-NCL category and will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. However, you should wait for the official announcement of the cutoff by the exam conducting authorities to confirm your eligibility. Additionally, you should also fulfill the other eligibility criteria such as age limit, number of attempts, and academic qualifications required for JEE Advanced. Once the eligibility is confirmed, you can register for JEE Advanced when the registration process begins.
