The students who are deserving will be given scholarships on the basis of need and merit. If you happened to be a brilliant student academically and have scored very good marks in your class 12th or have good internships experience after your school, then definitely the university will consider you for a scholarship. Yes, it is good if you are preparing for two exams simultaneously, like with board exams you are giving JEE Mains, or in college, you are preparing for CA and CS. It will depend on your time management. All the best.

Talking of your CET marks , if you are a general category student then its somewhat difficult to get admission, but if you are a SC/ST then definitely there is a probable chance to get admission. Beside all this things there is another way of getting admission by management quota .
Also remember that if you have domicile of maharashtra then only your CET marks will be considered.
Wishing you best of luck.
