You can just easily get previous year question papers of both JEE Mains as well as advance on various sites. Just go on Google and type for previous years Mains paper you will get the papers easliy with solutions also.

No, you cannot be eligible for JEE Advanced by this much percentile you need to score more percentile in order to eligible for JEE Advanced you must know focus on the upcoming Mains in April to get a good score and be eligible for JEE Advanced.
