Buy 68 percentile, you cannot get any IIT or NITs. But, you can get your dream branch CSE in any other private colleges which offer seats on the basis of low Mains score. They are many good colleges where you can easily get CSE and also you have a good score in your PCM.

NCERT one of the most basic and important book for chemistry in JEE Mains. By NCERT, you can cover about 40%, but this is not only enough. You also. Have to go through previous years questions paper and some mock test questions to get a good score.

CEOP is a well recognised college of Maharashtra. It takes admission through MH-CET/JEE Mains. But it's not about how much marks. One should have done 10+2 by Maharashtra board of secondary education. Should have more than 50 percentile marks. In talk of JEE Mains it depends on rank not marks. Different streams have different cutoff ranks.

Firstly, you have got a very good percentile and your percentile describes your rank. With the help of rank, you can get different colleges.With this percentile, you can get a not but for top not you must have a 95 percentile above. To calculate rank - you can visit Shiksha's ranking predictor.

No, it is not possible. With less than 75 percentile, you cannot get admission in any NIT.
