Since last year, marks obtained in JEE Mains have lost relevance. What matters now is percentile. In addition, only the agency conducting exam can and will announce percentile. Wait till then. Stating merely marks is not going to help you at all. You can also use these links

The NCERT books are sufficient to get good marks in board's Mains and MHT CET. In MHT CET the questions are at basic level and in NCERT books content is little at advanced level. So, the student of CBSE board can easily score good if his concept are clear.

Yes, do not worry, identify and work on your mistakes. Analyze your performance and study what steps should be taken to boost this. If you are able to identify your mistakes, you can easily score well by correcting it.
