It means either you will have to reappear or try for some other college or course.

Last years' cut off was around 89 for general and it goes only higher every year. So I am afraid that your chances are very poor.

Your rank I believe is quite low. I don't think you can make it to the government college but sure you can get a private one. Best luck.

Your scores seem decent. I think you should be able to make it.

I am afraid that you have scored a bit lower percentile. Last year the cutoff for general category candidates was around 90. But you should not dwell too much on this. Learn from this and prepare in a better way for second attempt in April. Remember there is nothing impossible. Have positive thoughts and I am sure you will get 90+ percentile in April.

I am afraid with percentile just above 50, means almost 4.5Lstudents have better score than you. I would therefore like to advise you that based on answer keys, try to find out where you went wrong, prepare once again in better way your weak areas and appear strongly in April once again with better preparation with aim of scoring 90+ percentile.

I am afraid with this percentile you will most likely be outside the cutoff. It was almost 90 last year. However, do not loose hope. You have one more chance in April to improve your percentile. Start preparing earnestly right away and I am sure you will score more than 95 percentile for a shot at CS branch.

Raw scores in JEE Mains have lost relevance since last year and what matters is percentile. I am sure you know the percentile. (100- your percentile) percent of almost 9L students are ahead of you. From this you can find as to what could be your rank. But officially, NTA will be announcing rank only after April exam.
