Admissions to all engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu are based on marks obtained in 12th and not on any CET including JEE Mains. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about different aspects of the admission procedure in Tamil Nadu.

From Thapar and UIET, I'll refer you to opt for the UIET as this college placements is day by day increasing and the placements of Thapar university is day by day decreasing.
Last year the average package is 3.5 lakhs while that of Thapar is only 1.75 Lacs.

At this score, I'll prefer you to opt for the Nirma University as this university is much better than MSU Baroda in terms of placements, infra and faculty.

Hi,
Don't worry about the state board exam result. You should apply for GITA Engineering College and select your dream branch and go for it. This college has NAAC in A grade and the better placement.

Hi,
NATA score of around 120-160 will secure you a good college admission in Mumbai along with good 12th scores. Also with a score of 250-300/390 in JEE paper 2 exams will also secure you a good college. Visit this link to check B.Arch colleges based upon your rank:

Percentage marks of 12th + NATA score/2
Example: You have scored 108 marks in NATA and 12th score is around 77.69%, your score will be as under:
77.69+108/2
=77.69+54
=131.69
Once the averaging process in done a rank list in the order of the highest score to the lowest score will be announced and colleges will be allotted to the candidate based on his/her list of choices.
