Under stream 1, the marks of JEE and board exam scores together will be considered. And hence if you have entered a lower score, it might affect your final score under this stream. So if there is an option to edit it before final submission, then edit the score. Else you may contact the college admin.

As you said that you have scored 79.11 percentile and you belong to general category, sorry to say but 90.31 percentile is the cut off for JEE Mains, so keep your hopes low.

Percentile don't matter much, if you have got rank in result. Admissions are given on the basis of rank in specific category.

Hello Manasi, The 50 percent score in HSC is an minimum eligibility to apply for the college. So it is not that it is the only criteria for admission. The college accepts both UPSEE and JEE Main scores for admitting the students.
