The list is huge and you'll have to decide which specific field of communication and journalism you want to go for. If you want to go for journalism then you can consider colleges like:-
St. Javier's, Mumbai
Christ College, Bangalore
IIMC, Delhi
SIMC, Pune
Manipal University, Karnataka
MICA, Ahmedabad
I would suggest you tell the specific field of media and communication you want to study because it matters a lot that which field of the media industry you are planning for.

Hi Shubham!
PG Diploma in Journalism course has Television, Radio and Print as a part of its curriculum while PG Diploma in TV and Radio Journalism is completely about electronic media. Though you can opt for any of these courses but TV and Radio Journalism would be preferable.
