Mass communication and journalism is a really vast field and you will have to specify this thing in your mind that what you want to go for journalism or mass media. There are a lot of different course related to Mass communication. I'm from Lucknow and I won't suggest you to go for any media college in Lucknow. If you are really passionate about the field then atleast go for Amity-Noida but I would recommend you apply for colleges like St. Xavier's-Mumbai, Christ College-Bangalore, Manipal University-Karnataka campus or Jaipur.

Hi Shubham!
PG Diploma in Journalism course has Television, Radio and Print as a part of its curriculum while PG Diploma in TV and Radio Journalism is completely about electronic media. Though you can opt for any of these courses but TV and Radio Journalism would be preferable.
