Hello Gujja,
You have made me confused! On one hand you are saying that you have completed B Tech in 2017 but then are also saying that there is a backlog. Ok. Journalism is indeed very good subject with tremendous scope but with different working hours!! You can get admission either to a regular college or you can do even with distance education. Eligibility is 12th and hence you should not have any problem.

Yes, infact BA with journalism is a good option for journalism. Try some university level e-paper like PU PULSE.
