Currently, there is no institute offering courses in travel journalism. One can opt for journalism as a course and later may join travel domain.
If one is interested in travel journalism, one has to develop the zest for travelling by itself. Journalism can only teach you standards of the field, rest one has to develop. You can follow popular blogs, websites and start gathering information on places and utilize them in your career.

Designing and journalism & event management are very different streams. If you are good at drawing things and is very creative then designing is the best field for you.
For journalism or event management, you need to be good at communication skills and should be well versed with the current affairs.
