Hi Sayantan,
Actually both universities are really good with their journalism and mass communication in PG level.
But Viswa Bharati University's PG degree is there for quite long time whereas JU just starting MA in Journalism and Mass Communication in this year only. But there PGDM is quite a famous one.
I would suggest you to look at three course structures then decide the university and course.

Hi, you can pursue graduation in Journalism after your class 12th board. After completing graduation, you can go with PG or PG Diploma in this stream. You can go with government colleges, but you can go with private college as well. You could have better placement in private college/institutions.

Besides that, I would like to tell you about online tutoring and its facilities. I would like to introduce you "TutStu", an online tutoring website, where you can find best tutors for

If you are doing this certificate course after a good Bachelor's or PG degree it will get you good results for the career, but doing a certificate without having any knowledge of mass comm. and journalism is not good. You better go for a Diploma course. A certificate course can be good for a specific area of journalism.

Hi Priyanka,
Amity, Lucknow actually doesn't offer any such course.
Their Bachelor degree and Master's degree in journalism and mass communication has a fee structure of 86k Rs. per semester and for 6 semesters the total is approx. 5-3.4 lakhs respectively.
They offer a Diploma in advertising and PR for 1 year and its fees is approx. 1 LPA.
