Some institutes are known to offer Diploma courses to 10th passed students though. The quality and validity of such Diploma courses are questionable. Ultimately, such courses are not very useful, when it comes to finding a job using them!
In short, it is better to complete 11th and 12th standards and then pursue a good (and recognized) journalism course.
In India, there are 2 main formats in which journalism courses are available. They are
Bachelors Degree courses
Diploma courses
Degree courses and Diploma courses are the good ones. But for pursuing them, you must complete 10+2 first.

The minimum eligibility criterion for admission to B.Ed is that the student must be a graduate in any discipline. The candidate must either have a Bachelor of arts (BA) or Bachelor of science (B.Sc) or Bachelors in commerce (B.Com) from any recognised university with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

It will depend on the institute or university you wish to take admission into. Some of the colleges offer scholarship to meritorious students, some also conduct a test for the same. Kindly mention the name of the college you wish to pursue this course from.
