If you wish to pursue diploma after graduation then it might lead to a good job, however after 12th the diploma might not help in getting a good job.

You can pursue a post-graduation in journalism, in fact, after completing B.Sc (MSCS). However, to answer your question straight forward, you can pursue journalism just after 12th.
