Hi Dip,
50% is very low to be quite honest but you can try applying. The best universities we are talking about here are extremely competitive, applicants must be academically strong, in addition applicants must have a strong profile. Ample co-curricular activities, significant achievements, outstanding communication skills etc would be required. Take the GRE and TOEFL or IELTS and score high. Letters of reference and an impressive personal statement is important. Visit a few university websites, check the admission requirements pages and understand what they are looking for-
