You have decent chance of other good government colleges so try for them. 2025 rank is good rank so try to get maximum out of that, JSS Noida will be easy access to you.

Yes, you have very good chances of getting CSE JSS, Noida if your rank is general 4198 then definitely you will not have any problem in getting into JSS Noida for CSE.

Sorry, there are no chances of getting JSS Noida at this rank. General rank of 6000-6500 is required for OBC to get JSS Noida CS and for IT 8000 general rank is required. So there is no chance of you getting into JSS this year.

No idea about CU, but JSS Academy is a good place for CS and IT branch. As it is located in the heart of Noida so there are a lot of opportunities available.

No, you can't admission to JSSATE, Noida through IPU entrance exam, because JSS Noida tales admission in engineering through UPSEE or JEE Mains ranks based not the basis of IPU entrance exam ranks.
And there is no issues if you have above 60%.

Well, try for it, but I will suggest you join GL Bajaj.
It's more progressive than many other colleges.
It has been ranked 1 by NIRF. It has 100% placement in CSE, IT and ECE branch.
