Candidates who are interested in taking admission in B.Sc. In Optometry from optometry colleges in Kerala should have passing Certificate of 10+2 or equivalent exam with minimum 50% marks. Physics, Biology and Chemistry should be major subjects in 10+2.

According to me, Kerala University will be a better option. As it is accredited by grade A. and it also has better infrastructure as compared to central university of Tamil Nadu.

KU offers Undergraduate programs like B.A. B.Sc. B.Com BCA BBA BWS, BMS, B.Voc in the field of Arts, Commerce, Science & Management. For admission into the Undergraduate programme at KU, the basic eligibility criteria are 10+2 in the relevant subject group. The final selection will be done on the basis of the merit/rank prepared by the university.
