To be at safer side, you should have at least 75+ % . If you are above 86%, you have secured your seat . Why not you can definitely give examination of IPS after BA (Hons.).

Yes, you can, if you want B.Com programme, but if you want B.com (hons.), Then Maths is compulsory in Delhi University.

They will consider the percentage of your main 4 subjects, which means the 4 subjects which are on the top on your 12th mark sheet. If the aggregate percentage of those 4 subjects match up to their cut off, then you can get admission in that college.

Sorry but for B.Com you need to have mathematics with 60% in 12th. Why don't you try other colleges than Kirori Mal College. You should go for private colleges for B.Com.
