Yes, Jai Hind College is as good as Kishanchand Chellaram College. These both colleges are graded "A" by NAAC. According to fee structure for the various courses, Jai Hind College's average fee's course is between INR 23k to 1 Lakh of a single course  for 3 years while Kishanchand Chellaram College's fee is between INR 19k to INR 2.9 Lacs, which is more expensive than Jai Hind College.

Taking placements in consideration for Jai Hind College, the median salary package offered for a UG course was INR 3.62 LPA and INR 4 LPA for a PG course, for Kishanchand Chellaram College the median salary package offered for a UG Course was INR 2.5
