There are some companies which organise only corporate events; some organise only trade shows while some other may organise only fashions shows, concerts or wedding. Therefore first decide the event which you like the most and then join the company which is specialised in organising that event. For example, if you like music concerts then you can join the company which is specialised in organising music concerts.
