The Last Dates with Late Fees were in March.
The First DATE withOUT Late fee was 29 September.

The tentative Date is 29 September and this goes on with Fine to the Month of March.
The Prospectus for the 2018-19 session is not out yet.
Till March the date was with 8500 Rs Late Fee. I am sure you got to know the answer, though I could see this pending question today as I did not follow the Kurukshetra University Tag.

Kurukshetra University does not offer this course but you can find out more from NDRI and ICAR KARNAL for Dairy Research and Agricultural degree respectively.
