To download the previous year's question papers for Class X and XII board exams,  visit the CBSE Academic website and go to the 'Sample Question Paper' tab. Choose the academic year and select the class (X or XII) for which you want question papers.

To be eligible for B.sc nursing program at Government BSC nursing College Bilaspur, candidate 

  1. Must be at least 17 years old by December 31st of the admission year 
  2. The need to have passed that 10 + 2 with science (physics chemistry and biology) and English securing a minimum of 45% marks 40% for reserved categories from a recognised board 
  3. They must be physically fit

No, not really. Most MS in Computer Science in Germany programs are in English. But if you know some German, it helps you in finding part-time jobs or talking to local people. For jobs after study, knowing German can be useful too.

You're eligible; admission depends on whether your CUET score meets the university's cutoff. Check the university's 12th-mark requirement (often ~50%+) and complete the counselling/application steps on time. Best of luck!

I think English would be a safer choice, as when you go further, you will face English everywhere, in the lectures, the coding and programming etc.

So, I think you should opt for English.
