Yes, there are colleges that offer courses where English and Mathematics are accepted as domain subjects for undergraduate admissions. Many universities and colleges in India use the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for admissions, and they often allow students to choose English and Mathematics as domain subjects.

Immerse yourself in order to learn English better. Listen to understand podcasts, watch English movies/shows with subtitles and reading books/news. Be more active and speak out to others although you can simply repeat the dialogs or record yourself. Make a vocabulary by writing down new words in context and apply them. You have nothing to be afraid, just regular repetition and variety of exposure matter.

You can get the 10th English board paper for Goa (2024–25) from your school, as they often provide previous or model papers. You can also check the Goa Board's official website or visit local bookstores for guidebooks and solved papers. Some educational apps and coaching centers may also share sample or previous year papers.

Many public universities in Germany ask for higher marks, especially in popular courses. But if the course doesn't have NC (Numerus Clausus), and your other documents are strong, you still have a chance.
